Founded in 1995, Citrone is widely considered one of the best fine dining restaurants in the Inland Empire. 

Citrone is a California Bistro style restaurant located in a 1902 brick building in the historic district of downtown Redlands.  The main dining room features the original brick walls and embossed tin ceiling and seats approximately 90.

Citrone has been a Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence" winner each year since 1998.
